Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms of service govern the rights and obligations between Kartial ("Platform") and the individual or legal entity using the Kartial application ("User").

2. Service Description

Kartial is a profit tracking and accounting management platform for e-commerce sellers. The Platform provides the following services:

• Per-order profit/loss calculation
• Cost and expense tracking
• Inventory and material management
• Marketplace integrations (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Etsy)
• Accounting calendar and tax estimates

3. Account Creation and Security

• Users may register with an email address or Google account
• Users are responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account information
• Any unauthorized use of account credentials must be reported immediately to destek@kartial.com
• Kartial reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts in case of suspected security breaches

4. User Obligations

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the business data they enter
• Do not share marketplace API credentials with third parties
• Do not misuse the Platform (excessive load, reverse engineering, scraping, etc.)
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data

5. Marketplace Integrations

• Kartial connects to marketplace APIs using the user's own credentials and operates solely on behalf of the user
• The availability of marketplace APIs is under the control of the respective platforms; Kartial does not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Users are also obligated to comply with marketplace API terms of use
• API credentials are encrypted client-side; Kartial cannot view these credentials in plaintext

6. Intellectual Property

• Kartial's name, logo, design, source code, and content belong to Kartial
• Business data entered by the user into the Platform belongs to the user
• Kartial may use user data in anonymous and aggregated statistical analyses; individual data is never shared with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kartial does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• Calculation errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user are not the responsibility of Kartial
• Data inconsistencies or service interruptions originating from marketplace APIs are not the responsibility of Kartial
• Kartial provides estimated values in tax calculations; these values do not substitute professional accounting advice

8. Marketplace Disclaimers

Etsy: The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Amazon: Data accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API is processed in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

General disclaimer: The marketplace platforms integrated with Kartial (including Etsy, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Trendyol, and Hepsiburada) are not the developers of this application, do not provide the application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the application or data accessed through it.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

• Users can delete their account at any time from within the application or via destek@kartial.com
• Kartial may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms of service, with or without prior notice
• Upon account closure, the data deletion procedure described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy applies

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

Kartial reserves the right to update these terms of service with prior notice. The current text is always published on this page.
